Every player must be covered by a completed StrikePoint participation waiver before gameplay. Adults sign for themselves. A parent or guardian must complete the required waiver for a minor participant.
Use your phone, tablet, or computer to access StrikePoint's digital waiver.
Read the complete waiver, enter the requested participant information, and provide the required electronic signature through our waiver provider.
Keep the completed-waiver confirmation email. StrikePoint will verify waiver status before gameplay.
Our digital waiver portal is being prepared. Confirmed customers will receive the signing link as soon as it is available.

The digital waiver is separate from the booking request. Submitting a booking request does not complete a participant waiver.
After your event is confirmed, StrikePoint will provide an event-specific waiver link or QR code. Send it to every participant or parent before the event so check-in stays fast.
