Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 17, 2026
Welcome to StrikePoint Mobile Laser Tag. By using our website, submitting inquiries, booking events, participating in promotions, or attending events, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
About StrikePoint
StrikePoint Mobile Laser Tag provides mobile laser tag entertainment services for private parties, schools, churches, corporate events, community events, and other gatherings.
Booking Requests
Submitting an event request, inquiry, or quote request does not guarantee availability, hold a date, or create a reservation.
StrikePoint reviews each request and contacts the customer to confirm availability, space, staffing, setup needs, and event details. An event is confirmed only after StrikePoint confirms it and the $75 deposit has been received.
Deposits and Payments
After StrikePoint confirms an event, a $75 deposit secures the event date.
Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
The remaining balance is due seven days before the event, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Event Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing a safe play area that is reasonably free from hazards, dangerous obstacles, and unsafe conditions.
StrikePoint reserves the right to modify, delay, relocate, or cancel activities if weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or other circumstances make operation unsafe.
Participant Conduct
All participants must follow safety instructions provided by StrikePoint staff.
Unsafe, aggressive, destructive, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from gameplay without refund.
StrikePoint reserves the right to refuse service when necessary to protect participants, staff, equipment, or property.
Assumption of Risk
Participation in laser tag and related activities involves physical movement and outdoor or indoor play environments.
Participants voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with recreational activities.
Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minor participants as appropriate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikePoint Mobile Laser Tag shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, promotions, or events.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
Promotions and Giveaways
Promotions, contests, and giveaways may be modified, suspended, or canceled at any time.
Additional rules may apply to specific promotions.
Void where prohibited by law.
Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, graphics, photographs, branding, and promotional materials are the property of StrikePoint Mobile Laser Tag unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or to interfere with its operation.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features at any time.
Privacy
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
StrikePoint may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Booking Confirmation
Event dates and times are not guaranteed until StrikePoint Mobile Laser Tag has confirmed the event and the $75 deposit has been received.
Public Event Play Passes
Public Event Play Passes are available only at participating festivals, community events, and advertised open-play events. Attraction availability varies by event. A two-player head-to-head attraction requires one play for each participant. Play passes do not apply to private parties or private events, which use StrikePoint's hosted packages or a custom event quote.
Weather and Rescheduling
StrikePoint Mobile Laser Tag operates in a variety of outdoor and indoor environments. In the event of severe weather, unsafe field conditions, venue restrictions, or other circumstances that could affect participant safety, StrikePoint reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or reschedule an event.
Weather-related rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to StrikePoint's availability.
Participant Waivers
StrikePoint Mobile Laser Tag may require participants, parents, or legal guardians to complete a liability waiver before participating in gameplay activities.
The event organizer is responsible for assisting with the collection of required waivers when requested by StrikePoint. Participants who do not complete required waiver documentation may be excluded from gameplay activities.
