Plenty of party rentals are designed for the host to set out and run. StrikePoint works differently: what you book is a hosted experience, and our team is part of it. Here is what that means for your event.

StrikePoint focuses on hosted games and attractions. We do not rent out tents, tables, chairs, or general party equipment, so if your event needs those, plan them separately and we will work around the layout.

When the activity comes with people to run it, the host of the event gets to be a guest too. A StrikePoint host or game master explains the rules, gives the safety briefing, organizes teams and rotations, keeps score where the game calls for it, and adjusts the pace for the group in front of them.

Event-Planning Checklist

Have these details ready when you request availability. If something is not settled yet, send what you know and we will help with the rest.

  • How long you want the entertainment to run
  • Event address, or at least the city or ZIP code
  • Venue approval or park reservation, if required
  • Estimated attendance and how confident that number is
  • The primary age range of participants
  • Indoor, outdoor, or both, and the surface we will set up on
  • Your weather preference for an outdoor event
  • A fresh-water connection, if you want Water Tag
  • Electrical access and lighting control, for the Projection Gallery
  • The experiences you are considering, or “not sure”
  • A plan for participant waivers once the event is confirmed

Larger Groups and Multiple Attractions

StrikePoint can equip up to 20 active players at one time. Larger groups can rotate through hosted missions or request a custom event plan. Interactive attractions run in quick rounds: four players at a time in the IPS Shooting Gallery, two on the IPS Table – Green, and up to six in the GellyBall Projection Shooting Gallery. For schools, camps, festivals, and corporate events, choose “Multiple Attractions / Custom Event” in the request form and we will build a rotation plan for your headcount. Combined events are quoted for your date, space, and group size; see example combinations.

Organizing a festival or community event? Event hosting is quoted per event based on the attractions, hours, and staffing you need. At participating public events, guests can buy a One Play for $10 or Four Shareable Plays for $30.

Where We Bring Mobile Party Entertainment

Based in Mount Dora and serving Central Florida. Our service area covers Lake, Seminole, and Orange Counties, including Orlando and The Villages. Travel within our standard service area is included with your event. Extended travel is available by quote, and travel details are confirmed for your specific address before anything is booked.

Mobile Party Entertainment FAQ

Is StrikePoint an equipment rental company?
No. StrikePoint provides hosted mobile entertainment. Our team delivers the equipment, prepares the activity area, explains the safety rules, runs the games and rotations, and handles teardown. Exact equipment, setup, and staffing depend on the experience, venue, group size, and event details.
Do you provide tents, tables, or chairs?
No. StrikePoint brings the equipment for the experiences we host, such as taggers, blasters, protective gear where required, battlefield cover, and our interactive attractions. Tents, tables, seating, and catering are arranged separately by the event host.
Can we combine more than one attraction?
Yes. Popular combinations include Laser Tag with the IPS Shooting Gallery, GellyBall with the Projection Gallery, Nerf with IPS Sport Challenges, and multi-attraction festival zones. Combined events are quoted for your date, space, and group size.
Which activities work indoors?
Mobile Laser Tag and IPS Sport Cones run indoors or outdoors, and the IPS Table – Green suits indoor venues. GellyBall runs outdoors, weather permitting, with indoor configurations possible depending on the venue. Water Tag is outdoor and seasonal. The Projection Gallery needs suitable space, electrical access, and appropriate lighting control.
How early should we request a date?
As early as you can. Every booking is subject to availability, and earlier requests are recommended for weekends, school breaks, and large public events.
Does sending a request book the entertainment?
No. A request lets StrikePoint review your date, location, and requirements. We confirm availability, details, and your total first; once the event is confirmed, a $75 deposit reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due seven days before the event.
